Taylor Seafood and Steaks: Where Fresh Seafood Meets Juicy Steaks in Taylor, TX

Great portions, great taste, nothing bad to say! Would come back, but unfortunately was just a passing through visit. Anytime I am in town will definitely come back!

They serve the best fried shrimp I've had in a long time. I had a friend who was from the Gulf Coast and even she praised their shrimp. The grilled shrimp are also delicious. My husband likes their grilled salmon and occasionally when he's not in the mood for seafood he has enjoyed their hamburger steak with grilled onions and brown gravy. The grilled chicken breast is marinated and delicious. I sometimes get it served as part of the salad. It is such a generous size I usually bring half of the chicken home. Servings are very generous no matter what you order.

We stopped in this evening and although the ambiance is rather plain, the food was much better than we expected. We both had the grilled shrimp and scallops platter. It was served hot. The 6 shrimp were fresh and good sized. The 6 Scallops were huge. They were better than what we have had at much more expensive restaurants. We had our 1 year old granddaughter with us and she not only enjoyed the food, but the waitress was accommodating in bringing some extra veggies for her. Overall service was prompt and very good as well. The menu was pretty extensive.......should be something on there for everyone. We would certainly recommend for a casual dinner.

Texas Bay Seafood and Steak has the best mouthwatering catfish and their fantail shrimp are large and are battered with their special tasty seasonings of batter!!! Their salads served as an addition to your meal are always so fresh with fresh lettuce and tomatoes and crispy carrots along their variety of salad dressings!!! Their appetizers of cheese sticks and onions rings and other delicious appetizers are a starter before your meals!!! Try their variety of desserts to complement your meal!!! Their customer service is always very helpful and friendly from their waitresses!!! I highly suggest choosing Texas Bay Seafood and Steak as your favorite restaurant in having the best seafood in our area!!! Jerry Stefek

The service was spectacular. The food was amazing and the shrimp were so big. The bill was what we expected it to be for the amount and quality of the food. We will definitely come back and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

Awesome. Very good food and large portions. Hot baked potatoes. Just really really good!

Decent place to eat. The stuffed crab is ok. It's kind of dry and would recommend eating it with some kind of sauce. I would have been happy eating just one stuffed crab, much less three.

This is a nice small establishment with LOTS of options to choose from. Being that it's in Taylor it's never too busy atleast until Samsung is built near by Pros- lots of food options Friendly staff Great customer service Tons of options to choose from Very clean Cons- I believe it's family owned (I could be wrong) but they are not always open as family emergencies do happen. That's it is my only Con which doesn't say much about this awesome establishment
